1100 aluminum sheet is industrial pure aluminum with an aluminum content (mass fraction) of 99.00%. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It has high corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, low density, good plasticity, and can produce various aluminum materials through pressure processing, but low strength.

Other process properties are basically the same as 1050A. Anodizing can further improve corrosion resistance and obtain a beautiful surface; but it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.
1100 aluminum sheet is generally used in utensils, heat sinks, bottle caps, printed boards, building materials, heat exchanger components, curtain walls, aluminum-plastic panels, bus doors, PCB circuit boards, and can also be used as deep stamping products. It is widely used in various fields from cookers to industrial equipment.
